Step 1We tarp the work area.
We tarp our work area to ensure that we leave the exterior of your home and yard without any debris.
We tarp our work spaces and vacuum our work areas upon completion.
Step 2Old windows out, old glass intact.
In most cases we can remove your old windows without breaking any of the old glass, which provides you the peace of mind and safety that you expect.
Step 3Insulated and foamed tight.
We order our Simonton windows pre-insulated and fill any voids with spray-in foam insulation to ensure a tight seal and prevent cold air from getting in.
Step 4Sealed to last.
We seal the exterior of our windows with Lane XtraBond 9500 caulking. One of the best quality sealants on the market! It costs us a little more, but provides you with a high-quality seal that is paintable and long lasting.
